Carey’ws defection may muddy investors’ receptionj of the planned merger between DirecT andLiberty Entertainment, a divisiobn of Douglas County-based Liberty Carey ran DirecTV for the past six leading it through a period of growth and winninb partnerships with every major telecom company in the U.S.
