The Overland Park-based company (Nasdaq: DGLY), which makesx digital surveillance products for law enforcemenrtand security, said Monday that it had hirer Michael Caulfield as vice presidentt of strategic development, effective immediately. Caulfield had held the Banc of Americaw Securities position from 2006 throughthis year, handling the firm’s relationshipe with large industrial companies and global investment banking in the safety, security, engineering and constructionh industries, the release said.
From 2000 to Caulfield was a managinf directorwith , leading the investment banking firm’s work in the aerospacd and defense industries, the release His resume also includes a managint director position at General Electric Capital “His extensive contacts withihn the financial community, along with his experienced as a financial and strategic advisor to a broad rangre of public and private companies, shoulx be of great benefit to Digitalo Ally as we pursue an aggressive growth strateghy that can leverage the full potential of our advanced digitalo technologies within an expanding number of industriees and markets,” Digital Ally CEO Stantom Ross said in the release.
