Attorney General Richard Cordray’s office said Thursday that it filed lawsuits against 21st Century Legal Services Foreclosure Home Assistance LLC andMichaepl Brotherton, who does businesds as Financial Emergency Inc. in the Dayton The state is looking to shut down the operationsin Ohio. The suit againsf 21st Century Legal Services alleges it promisecd to help homeowners restructure loans for a fee ofbetweehn $1,500 and $2,600.
